3. Submit Documentation: To secure your vacancy, we'll ask you to provide some necessary documentation. This typically includes identification, proof of enrollment or student status, and any additional required paperwork. Our team will guide you through the process and assist you in gathering the required documents.
4. Payment: Once your documentation is approved, you'll need to pay a deposit and the first month's rent. This ensures your reservation and guarantees your accommodation for the specified period. Your deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract when you leave the property and after an inspection has been carried out.
5. Enjoy Your Stay: With the paperwork and payment complete, it's time to move in and enjoy your stay! Our team will be available to assist you throughout your time with us, ensuring a comfortable and fulfilling experience.
Yes, you can stay in our accommodations for a minimum period of 3 days up to 3 months. In this case, you must stay in our Accommodations. Click here to know more.
When you live in one of our houses, we will make a 6-month contract that can be renewed at the end of the period. It is possible to leave the house before the end of your contract if you pass on your spot. You can do this after 2 months.
